Biography - About Kevin Matthew
Kevin’s enthusiasm for photography began early and has been actively pursued for
over twenty-five years. His mission and vision is to create outstanding images to fulfill
the needs and wishes of his clients, photography is not just a way of life, it is his passion.
Over the years, Kevin has been educated by a variety of instructors ranging from
the Western Academy of Photography in Victoria B.C. to Image Explorations located at
Shawnigan Lake B.C. He continues to perfect his craft by furthering his education with
other various courses for digital imaging. He has always strived to perfect his talents,
venturing onward, and thinking outside the box. To quote him, “there is always room for
improvement, as technology changes rapidly.”
Along with his passion for being an artist, Kevin has mastered the art of digital
photography and after creating your images he knows exactly how to make your selections
come to life. Whether you prefer color, black and white or that old fashion look of sepia
tone or something very funky you will be guided along the way with each step of the process.
Kevin loves working with people, understands what they are looking for and comes up
with solutions to satisfy those desires. He believes that listening closely ensures that success,
resulting in images that have an eternal quality. It is his belief that every wedding and portrait
is unique and will be treated as such.
